T-gen
A general-purpose object-oriented tool for the automatic generation of string-to-object translators. It was written in Smalltalk by Justin Graver <[email protected]> and runs in the Smalltalk programming environment. T-gen supports the generation of both top-down parsers (LL parsers) and bottom-up parsers (LR parsers), which will automatically generate derivation trees, abstract syntax trees or arbitrary Smalltalk objects. The simple specification syntax and graphical user interface are intended to enhance the learning, comprehension and usefulness of T-gen. Runs on Smalltalk-80, ParcPlace Objectworks/Smalltalk 4.0 or 4.1. ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/st80_r41/T-gen2.1/.Last updated: 1992-10-18
