C Language Integrated Production System

(CLIPS) A language produced by Gary Riley of NASA JSC in Houston, Texas, for developing expert systems, with the inferencing and representation capabilities of OPS5 and support for forward chaining rule-based, object-oriented and procedural programming. CLIPS has a Lisp-like syntax. It is available for MS-DOS and comes with source code in C.
