386SPART.PAR

A system file created by Windows 3.1 for use as a virtual memory swap file. 386SPART.PAR was normally stored in the root directory and marked as a hidden file to avoid accidental erasure. Its size depended on how much virtual memory was configured.

Windows 95 used a similar file named WIN386.SWP.
